| Probably pyschological Al. Doing stuff to your car always makes it feel better. I can notice a great increase in performance just washing my car |

| I was a little worried when I went to change them as the 2nd ones down "SPF1420/18 18mm Front Anti Roll Bar Inner Bush, 33 only" looked to pointy in comparison to what was there. I almost didn’t take them off thinking they were incorrect.
Weird thing is that the rear "outer ones" had clear jelly like lube, whilst the front "inner" had white grease like lubricant. The most time consuming part was removing the rust with a wire brush, I ended up slipping and putting the brush under my thumb nail, I also slipped with the ratchet and gave myself a black nail, DOH! I didn’t know which way round to fit the splits in the bushes. At the front or at the rear, so I did one side one way and the other side the other way, I will check in a week to see if there is any settling. One side didn’t sit very well, I will check in a couple of days. All in all quite an easy job. |

| Hey guys, i have just ordered new superflex bushes for the front anti roll bar on my 16v and just wanted to confirm i have orderd the correct ones.
