Evening all,

Been a while, so I thought I would say hello.

I must confess after loosing my P4 to the jeep, and the new chassis being rather maggot ridden, I haven't posted.

Worst still, I no ...

My speedo died once, and I found it to be the wires that go to the motor that actually drives the needle, from the PCB.

Because the wire kinks 90 degrees to fit inside the housing, it breaks and st ...

I managed to pick up a nice low mileage 145 boxer gearbox, with the intention of changing the internals (mostly the torque ring synchros, rather than the glass 33 ones) into my P4 box.

However, on ...

Raising CR too high leads to many issues, pinking etc, but on my engine which has much larger valves, is a good way to claw back some torque, and can help with cleaning emmissions slightly.
