The BOSCH TPS No 0280 122 001 is what you need for a Megasquirt conversion.

You can use this part off an Opel (Vauxhall to the brits) Vectra 2.0 -95 etc or from most Volvo 850 engines.

That's correct.
16V (cat) should use NGK PFR6B, and NOT the GL plugs....

You can buy a decent throttle position sensor for about €40, but the Emerald M3D system I bought came complete with one.

Is here any other differencies between a 132 bhp (cat) and a 137 bhp (no cat) than just the cat? Smile Are the camshafts, compression and heads just the same on these two models?
