Only had one pump fail on the 33's that I have had. But when I have done a engine rebuild or recently a clutch (bearing and pressure plate failure) and belts/tensioners change, I put a new pump in any ... |

Had my steering rack reconditioned a few years back. The workshop I took it to was ultra clean and they pressure tested it after new seals fitted. Works a treat, so it can be done successfully. |

Now use a holden twinturbo v8, 800 - 100 bhp!!!
I only know of one that had turbos added (post production). Unfortunately it came to an untimely end a few years back at Eastern Creek. |

why didnt they make a 33 turbo
Alfa Romeo did make a turbo 33, it had a 1.8L motor. However it only had 3 cylinders and was a diesel . Oh and it produced a whopping 62kw

You have proven that even though you were 33less you still were around here. So I would not be dismissing Stedee just yet. |
