Any chance that the injectors are leaking? You can remove the fuel rail and observe the injectors for leaking in a jar or a container.

Itīs still alive, but the problem is still there.

Today I tried to start the engine and it didnīt start again.
Remove 2 spark plugs and again they were full of fuel.
Cleaned and put them back and ...

Nylon fuel pipes on the intake are the best solution the manufacturer has installed. If you go to rubber hoses then they will fail every month...

Today I didnīt have much time because I had to replace My 156 1.8 TS lambda probe.
But I removed the fu#$ing plugs from the left side, cleaned them and put them back.
Now the engine works on 4 cilin ...

Turns out that even though there was a visible spark it just wasn't strong enough.

It is strong for sure, I have experience how to check that. Smile

I use the 284 mm disc from Alfa 155 TS 16V and adapters (made here in Denmark) to reposition the original calipers from Alfa 33 16V.

It is a cheap and effective change.

Now that part is not available from the factory.
So Iīm thinking to apply the throttle bodies without those spacers, as I dont see anything wrong doing that.

Where did you hear/see this?

All Boxer 16V have it.
Its part 60525698
It has that part between the head and the throtle bodies with 2 card/paper gaskets.

Yesterday I bought one and it costed me 59 euros.
It is in fact almost the same.

Did you found any improvement fitting the 75īs on the 33?
