cant anyone help? I have compiled a list of most of the unknown wires, and the loom sections they appear on:

-Sensors under carbies -----> Purple/Black & Brown
-Temperature sensor in middle of engine -----> Brown

Just pulled the whole lot out the bottom, as the alignment was gonna be a pain if i just took the gearbox out, also you tend to bend studs, putting new clutch in then back in the lot goes as one compl ...

The fork seems to be working fine, just not building much pressure.

Im not sure why there is that wining noise on idle it starts to go away arfter a while, but if the clutch pedal is out to the flo ...

Ok well, i tried bleeding from that nipple and it didnt do anything, there is a winding noise wen i engage the clutch whilest the car is on??

Car wont go in gear without crunching even with my foot ...

Well guess wat Laughing , i just changed the leads over so number 1 was where rotor was pointing and so all in firing order 1-3-2-4 clockwise and she started first go Razz.

Sounds like a start motor issue, try tapping the start motor with a hammer and see if this helps, if it does the brushes are worn out, if the battery is going flat it could also be an alternator probl ...

Ok, well im not that familiar with boxer flat 4's this engine has had a full rebuilt, all new pistons etc but a proffessional workshop so i assume it has all been done properly!

Hi there, yes but the rotor arm has a key a circle and square so it can only fit one way which points it like this....
