Because of that situation:
Alfa 16v original HT leads had almost inch longer head then usual with detachible lead wire.
Shame that this finger friendly design never lasted longer then 10y.

Hi,
If any of piston rings were stuck long enough to scratch cylinder bore so much that could be seen on rings as big flat spot.

Maybe some dirt or debris from spark plug failure/change entered cy ...

Doors on 33 bent quite easily at least rear ones do. Thing I learned when mazda 323 driver decided to park his back bumper in mid of my driver side back door.

Not as standard but can be converted to.

Nope never seen it here in Croatia nor on scrapyards in Italy. And I seen a lot of AR33 mix breeds made for Italan market.

Hi,

16v has longer belts compared to 8v engine. And unfortunately they like to lenghten a lot.
Now problem is that AR first said you should retension them after 2-3k km
just to change that notice ...

Yes those forks can bend which sometimes can cause bearing failure but sometimes it's other way around.
If you make it stronger it means that stronger force will work/be transfered to something else. ...

Yes I ment with clutch fully pressed. I also though it might be engine moving but no.

I have no clue but every time I turn steering wheel to the right full lock my clutch pedal backs up 1cm. LHD P4.

With Valeo lousy bearings it is usualy their cover that touches plate then pin gets bended after that it is kaboom of all parts.
