Hello,

Let me introduce me to all of you here on the 33 forum. I have already posted some things on the board about (race) 33īs.

I am a 33 freak because I race with an 33. I have been racing with 33īs for almost 5 years. I started with thise one:

An old Dutch Alfa Romeo Dealer car.
But after 2 years and 2 crashes it was no loger to use for racing.

So I built a new racer an 33 SW.

The specs of this car are:

1750cc 16v engine with carīs (home made). (180 hbp and 210 nm tork)
Laser race exhaust.
gearbox with LSD.
suspention with uniballs.
special made KONI shokabsorbers.
Albi Datalog systhem.
Upgrades brakes Front 284 mm disks with 155 qv calipers, rear 239mm disks with Alfa Sud calipers.
Goodrich brake hoses (complete)
GRP doors, front panels and hood.
weight about 850 kg.

Best regards

Rees Cees

Itīs wintertime so no racing.

At the moment the racecar is under construction. a new suspention is made by KONI racing special for me.

and the doors (front and rear), front pannels and hood are replaced by GRP parts.

All to save some weight (total about 50 kg)

and I did some paintwork

Hi, nice pics there.
Few years back I was thinking of adding 2-3 side scoops for air intake on same place you put upper grill mesh, but could figure out what to do with cleaning fluid bottle Smile
I had a look this past few days on my 33 P4, which has ABS, and wheel mount has less space because of ABS sensor mount on it and ABS toothed gear.
From what I can see on pictures you don't use ABS (there is no cable for sensor), this is because you couldn't put bigger brake calipers, racing regulation or both?
