As I have got a bias pedal box on the rally car, in the past I have fitted a remote brake servo to help with reducing pedal pressures. I mounted this flat so the cylinder was vertical. I have now found out that they should be mounted between 25 and 45 degrees from the vertical and with the breather in a specific position in relation to the angle. Anyone know why this is and what effect it might be having on the brakes.
With a bias pedal box what combination of master cylinder sizes have people found the best. Currently I have fitted a 0.625 for the front and 0.75 for the rear. I am going to change the rear for a 0.70.
Any thoughts Rolling Eyes ?
