Finally got my 33 back from the bodyshop.
Almost all completed but for a dodgy speedo and the sound system is to be reconnected.
I know it might not be to everyones taste but i love it.

A bit low for me, and the interior would bring on a migrane, but the veloce bumpers look great, and 33s always look good in white.

Looking at the car again (I saw the pictures when you posted them on alfaowner) I think the bodykit overwhelms the wheels. The wheels look a bit too indented/ narrow. This could simply be the camera angle.
I'll have a look at it in the metal when we see at National Alfa Day.
Looks like a good job done though. Congrats!

Not to my tastes at all but it looks very well executed. _________________ '93 Black 33 1.7 16v |

To each their own. Good work. well done.
But would also give me a migraine sitting inside that colour scheme.
I've got black leather, red stitching and the red alfa logos stitched into the headrests and green clover leaves on the back seats.
I love it.

The interior looks a lot brighter than it actually is- the red is a deeper colour and its all done in Alcantara.
Perhaps the lighting has bought it out a bit too much.
With regards to the wheels they are 17x7.5, and in the metal dont look inverted, but i am thinking of getting a bigger set maybe 18's but im sure it wont do the ride no favours. |

Hi Jattsta, thanks for sharing your pictures with us. It's good to see a 33 being cared for like this. With personal preferences being many and varied you're bound to have 'criticism' of sort. However, what's important is that you're happy that you've got and at least got what you wanted. Looking forward to seeing your car next month. I'm jealous I don't have the means at the moment to respray mine. Enjoy! AL33NUT (Nnamdi)
PS: I don't think you should go for 18" wheels - it'll be too much and the ride quality will definately suffer. |

Personally I like your car, not too over the top more a street car if you get my meaning and if you wanted a car for a cruise on a Friday/sat night then thats the style i would go for. Eye catching but not offensive. Well done. _________________ PHAT 33 |

Thanks for the replies.
Im used to a bit of criticism lol and take it as a positive.
Previously the car was way over the top as i was in my mod everything i could get my hands on days, but iv tried to go subtle but still a bit out there if you know what i mean.
You are right Oggie the look i wanted is a cruise vehicle but i wanted it to attain the original look aswell.
The arches and skirts are the only two items i retained from the previous kit(if you could call it that) and to tell you the truth i am happy with them, plus it would of been a major pain in the backside to get them off. |

Hi Raj, Alex here, really good job, the paint looks espeacially well done. I like the white handles & the brakes. I also think the wheels are made to look smaller than they actually are. Looks good though. Are you coming to NAD? _________________ 155 sportpack

Hi Jattsta, how's it going with your 33? We didn't see you at Natonal Alfa Day (NAD). It was right in your area as well!
Anyway, I hear Iain O (Oggie) is planning a small 33 'meet & drive' around his area in Farnham. I'm sure he'll share details soon. It'll be good to meet you and see your 33 at that meet.
