Hi y'all.
I have purchased a new Alfa 75 Brake master cylinder and will fit it over the weekend to give the larger brakes a much needed larger volume of fluid. My question is has anyone tried this mod and was it worth it?.

I've heard good things about the 75 master cyl/ carlton calipers+ discs set up from a few people including Paul at Aforalfa and would love to upgrade my (sh*t) brakes but don't really wanna change my old 14" wheels.

I think Al, Alex and Nmandi have the upgraded set up?

I did it to my red 16v. Well worth it.

Has to be the V6 75 master cylinder, and although look identical, for some reason mine had the outlets in slightly different places which meant messing around a little with the pipes.

Easy upgrade to do though, and definitely makes a difference

Well it took 3 and a bit hours to complete and again as pointed out the off side front brake pipe needed a bit of fettling to get it into the right position also I am slightly dubious of using a one man brake bleeding kit but its done, the pedal feels as though it has less travel than before and as you may know I'm using Hi-spec twin pot big brake conversion with 303mm rotors, I'm happy with the result but do feel that with 2 people doing the bleeding I can achieve a better feel. I might be being too fussy tho.
