No M.O.T, please look online for advisories
Previous owner did not look after this!!
Coolant was rusty sludge and small return pipe was blocked.
dizzy cap was on the wrong way round and loose!
head studs were missing and bolts were used!
rear drum shoe adjuster ratchet springs were missing both sides
I have replaced;
both rear cylinders and shoes
added 1 ratchet spring, I have 2 new whole adjuster mechanisms
flushed the coolant system and cleared the blocked pipe
fitted new exhaust head studs.
all new intake and exhaust valves, valve stem seals, head gasket on O/S head
cam belts
oil and filter
Power steering and alternator belts
repaired brake pipes, Alex made a complete front to rear set,
2 new tyres, fitted to the rear

Still for sale, MOT runs out tomorrow, needs welding and will not pass another MOT.
I cant justify spending the money on the welding, if someone who knows a welder, then it can be saved, otherwise it will be stripped for parts

The car runs and drives, the car will be going to alfa alex, aka 33 bits, it will be looked over and a quote for the welding done.
If someone wants to then pay to have the welding done, a price can be arranged.
If not, then the car will be stripped by Alfa alex, 33 bits.

Alex is not in a position to take another car at the moment.
ideally looking for a welder to take this on to save it as these rare cars now.
anyone know anyone?
