Spa-Francorchamps
Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 June 2004

You can buy a weekend ticket for €30, which will enable you to park your Italian car in the paddock. Every passenger in the car will have free entrance.

In the unique scenery of the circuit of Spa Francorchamps, the third edition of an exceptional gathering of what are the master pieces offered by Italy in the field of cars, coachbuilders and designers. Here are the different activities:

85th anniversary of Carrozzeria Zagato
With Andrea Zagato as special guest, one of most famous Italian Carrozzeria will celebrate its 85th anniversary in the Belgian Ardennes.

The Racing Team VDS and Alfa Romeo
Launched in the sixties by the Count van der Straeten, this team became famous on the international scene by entering racing Alfa Romeo. Drivers and cars will be with us in SpaItalia 2004.

A few laps in a Ferrari !
For the true enthusiast, what could be more attractive that discovering the most beautiful circuit in the world in a racing Ferrari ?

Concours d’Elegance
Registered entrants will pass through the stage area. Awards will be made to the most special cars.

The ‘Grande Parade’
Per one-hour session, the circuit will be reserved for those who want to drive their own car on the world famous Spa circuit and build some unique memories.

Automobilia Centre
Specialist items of automotive and Italian interest will be on sale in marquees.

The Scuderia del Portello
For racing and high performance cars, this is the chance to drive freely on the Formula 1 track.

The parking
Only cars of the Italian marques will be admitted to the paddocks. The other cars will use the parking located behind the open grandstand.

Catering
Different style of cuisine will be available to meet all requirements.

The clubs corner
Like every year, Clubs will be able to book a free space in the paddocks where they can show their members ‘cars and organize a reception area.

I keep looking at this on the net and would love to go to it, i have little bit of work to do to my car, but its an alfa!
one of my dreams is to drive on the circuit. so i'm well up for it!
it would be cool if we could all meet up there and show are cars off.

Actually, I think the €30 is paddock entrance for the entire weekend. This may also include the actual track experience. The way I read it is that there will be 1 hour in total for everybody to drive on the track, seeing that it'll also be used for other things on the program.

thats right 30E for the weekend and another 30 for the track.i'll be happy just to do one lap.flat out through Eau rouge and then death Laughing

let me know if you know of a good place to stay.i mite try and get there on the friday night so then we can rest.as its going to be a long day.

Um, John I actually live about an hours drive from the circuit, so no hotel required on my half! I also think most action is going to be on the Sunday. There are plenty of places to stay - with all kinds of budget, so no worries Wink

Hi james

had a great friday my mate drove in to the quarter panel on the passenger side.nice big crease and slit the bumper,sprayed it about three weeks ago. i wanted to spray it for spa but not this soon.plus after seeing your car thought i better do it again.you did a top job on your car.
are you going to show your car at spa?

I will be there the 27ste. Mayby with al lot of alfa 33's of www.squadra33.com club.
We will see how many 33's wanted to go to spa, but i hope a lot!!!

I'm going down on the 27th. I'm taking the car round the track from 10.00-11.00 CET, so it's going to be an early morning start for me! I'll be fitting the car with a camcorder!

A mic under the bonnet (alongside the airbox) and another one above the rear 'silencer' could make an exciting soundtrack. Cool Only kidding! Laughing
