Hi fellow Alfisti,
for some times now I've been trying to get my hands on a set yellow lights for the Sprint. They're ment to fit my quad light 33. I've been in contact with a garage in Greece that claims to have the lights I'm looking for, only thing is I can't figure out wether they're the right ones so I'm looking for some one with Alfa expertise in Greece...thats a rime...that could check them out for me...
Check out the lights on this Sprint, these should fit my 33 perfectly, I'm only looking for the headlights not the square foglights:
The guy I had contact with is Themis Protonotarios (protthemis@panafonet.gr) and he's supposed to have a Alfa parts store in Athens. Do we have members on the board from Athens that could maybe go and have a look for me? Gritsop...maybe...
The lights should look like this on close up:
It are Carello lenses. Imagine my car with those lenses...wouldn't it be great???:
Looking forward in hearing from you Alfisti!!! _________________ Cheers,

Hope that you'll get help you need.

Hi,
Jorik, I know Themis Protonotarios; he is also a member of the Hellenic AROC and he is nice guy.
You can check his business iin www.alfarev.gr and send an e-mail there.
If you want I can contact him and ask him what you specifically want. Dimensions diameter probably?
If I have understood correctly do you plan to install twin lights in the 33?
It's rather awkard to my personal view...

Hi Tino and Thanassis,
yes the yellow lights are streetlegal in Holland, no so problem there! Good to hear that Themis is a real Alfisti with whom I can do business without trouble!! Only thing is how will I know wether his lights are the same ones as in my car now.... Thanassis I have the quad lights in my car already, only with white lenses. It are the lenses of the last model sprint, outer lenses are for 'normal' lowbeam use, the inner lensens are for highbeam use in combo with the outer lenses. If you could please be so kind to ask Themis and maybe make sure that he has 4 lenses (2 outside 2 inside for the latest model Sprint in yellow (yellow glas and yellow inside) I would be so appreciative!!!!!!!!!
The quad lights in my car look somewhat different than the ones in the pic of the white 33 in the picture of Ben...
Indicators are behind the lower little bumpergrills
With all lights burning looks like this:
Looking forward in hearing from you!!!! _________________ Cheers,

Hi,
Jorik, please give me few days to finish some going business I have and after Thursday I will contact Themis to sort out the headlights.
Please take a couple of pics of your white lenses and if possible measure their diameter, their circumference etc. so that we ease his search.
Send me an e-mail of all the above info.
Regards and talk again soon, _________________ Thanassis Gritsopoulos

Hi Thanassis,
no rush!!! the car is currently in hybernation and won't be used again till april 2006. Still I'm very gratefull for your help!!!! If you visit Themis please ask him for yellow lights of the latest model Sprint (1988) and if possible please fotograph the lensens he has in stock. I don't have the measurements here but they are standard Carello lenses for the Sprint of 1988. In the list of used parts on his site I also noticed the 33 1.7 QV badge from 1988, could you photograph that one to when you're there?
Thanks a lot in advance for helping out!!
Looking forward in hearing from you!
Cheers
Jorik
