This year it's 100 years since the start of the ALFA company.

Anyone interested in going again (or the first time!) post on this forum and I'll get something sorted.

The dates this year are 19th-20th June 2010. Website : http://www.spaitalia.be/

Ok chaps. This will be mine and John's fourth time, Lee and Andy's third so looking for a little variation this time around?

I'm going to suggest we stay in a slightly cheaper (but I guess similar) property in Trois-Ponts (which basically translates as the town with girls who wear no pants). This means we'll be close to a town with shops, cafés, bars etc... so none of that rushing around everyday to get supplies. Also, we can walk into the town for a couple of evenings for food/beer or whatever (or forget the whatever and the food... your choice Laughing )

What are the thoughts on this??? Just starting to feel some of us have beaten the Ferme de Lorcé place to death and we need a change.

So far I have, Andy, Me, Iain, John, and I think Lee will confirm shortly (perhaps also Thanassis, although I believe he will go to Milan instead if there is a centenary celebration there).

Thoughts please....

BB

Trois-Ponts - Three Bridges.

Of course that doesn't preclude the eventual presence of "filles sans culottes". Very Happy

Ok... they've confirmed there's parking for at least 5 cars.

Getting ready to book... getting final numbers tonight.

Morning chaps.
Just letting you know about an offer on the ferry crossing that was sent to me (you may have had the e-mail aswell) but it's worth booking now to save yourself a few quid.

The offer code you need is EBF......this makes the return crossing £26! (plus a minimal charge depending on what card you pay with) I was only looking to book the other day and the same crossing would have been £54.

You've got until the end of Jan to book with the added bonus you can adjust the dates for free until 31/05.

Thought the e-mail would have gone out to previous customers Iain......Glad I hung on now!

Bob, Yes it's Norfolkline. Don't worry If you haven't had the e-mail, you just need the code above to book.

Just been looking on the Spaitalia web site and they are doing a one hour session of 'Parade of Alfa Romeo'. Might do this one as it's only 25 euros and the track will be packed which should keep my high revving tendancies down! Laughing

At the moment Bob I've gone for a Friday 8am crossing with a 2pm return on the Tuesday.......subject to change. I just wanted to get the booking in for the price and then adjust it after seeing what everyone else is doing.

Who's actually going now then? You, Andy, John, Iain and me?

JohnBoy is coming now...

I booked the Friday out, Wednesday back... seems like the pre-pay deal of the century (but so did Fairpak)
