Madness!!
I found one place that said if it was 20 years or over they would cover.

I think i have found a good place
swinton 0800 954 4514
1st 3 months free
9.49 per month after that if you take out the policy = £85.41, a bit expensive.
24hrs cancelation notice.

Those damn sausages upset my stomach every time I have one... still gotta have one though, it's like the law!

Alan is meeting us at the hotel about 8:15. Lee, I'm suggesting this time we just have a few drinks in a quiet pub and forego the "folkestone marathon" this year. Funny though - can't believe we walked 5 miles at 3am and STILL missed the hotel!

You and Alan have the only two 33s this year Ian. No doubt there will be more at the track.

Not much of a convoy then, never mind me and Al will have to fly the flag.
So what else do we have besides your Fiat Bob?

Just been looking at euro breakdown cover and for a decent level of cover for 5 days its just too much to justify the outlay.
So I will instead put a rope in the boot for towing and (unless its a major failure) I think we will have enough knowhow between us to sort most things that may go wrong.

Fiat have had some ups and some downs over the years including a couple of very dull periods model wise.
They are in one of their good spells at the moment with some exciting models.

yeah, we'll get by. At the end of the day the insurance company are just looking at the general risk, rather than individual cases (although annoying, probably the best they can do on a budget)

when Lee mashed his bearing, it still cost an outrageous amount to get his car home. Bit wiser now And if that happened again, I'd go into a small Belgian town with hard notes and barter for a tow back to Dunkirk
