Welcome Sasa
Btw, it's not just the price of the house but all the additional costs that eat money, money you need to have up front.

Thank you for welcome!
One part in my life is dedicated to alfa 33, some family memories are in touch with that car so I will try not to sale this car. This car si icon of the past times for me and my family.
I looked for long time to find 33 from serie 2 in, I can say, good condition for it years.
Recently bought flat in Zagreb, so moving as reason of sale 33 is out of question!

You liar I seen TopGear where they test facelifted 166 3.2, you could buy fine house for few grands and it just need a little decorating (old miners houses
)
In Kunas that would make someone 2.5 milion richer. I'm aware of UK housing costs, around 4x more then here but if trend contiunes we will soon have only 2x cheaper sqft and a lot of Brits living or enjoying their summer holidays here in their homes.

Tino,
That's probably because in the UK we are squeezed on house prices! A 1 bedroom flat can be €350,000! I don't know what that is in Kuna... but you get the idea.

Welcome Saša
Nice to see you here. I hope you'll stick to that 33 because in last 2 years lot of people who bought older ones in mint condition decided to sell them month or two after, usualy they stated house move as reason

Post subject: Hello from Croatia
My name is Saša, 36 yrs old, and I am from Croatia Zagreb. I own 33 1.5 4x4 from 1988. that means from serie II. I bouth it as a second car and for my own pleasure. I bouth it for very cheap. It have small problem with roust and mechanic, but runs very good.
My intention is to restor in original condition in some time.
My first car is also Alfa, 166 2,4 jtd from 2001. Yes, I love Alfas.
Hello to all Alfa Fans here!
