If you've got the time and patience go with the foam tape/sellotape sticky pads. Tiny dobs of 'no more nails' will do it instantly, but could make a mess and will never come off again without taking paint with it. A more gentle attempt - If the new badge still has the foam intact perhaps a bit of neat PVA on the foam?? John
Hi Jeremy.
I have a roll of the proper stuff here, ie, double sided black foam. If you PM your address I'll stick a piece big enough to do the job in the post to you.

There's a product made by no more nails , it comes on a 1 metre roll as you would expect, is double sided and its a clear 1mm thick flexable tape, I have used it for sticking my rear 3rd brake light on last year and its still there, I found it better than the window sticky pads and it won't damage your body work. It cost around a fiver from B&Q.

Post subject: Sticking badges on
Alex has supplied me with a 16V badge to replace the one I broke the V off when washing.
Proper way to stick it on would probably be to buy some of the proper foam tape and cut thin strips to lay into the channels on the badge. Any other ideas?
