For anyone who's in the area on the Saturday afternoon / night there is a run around t'Dales. Meet at 4-4.30 with a view to leaving between 4.30 and 5pm-ish. Starting at the Black-a-Moor pub http://www.blackamoorinn.co.uk/ (although in true fashion the site seems down at the moment  ) near Newby Hall, Ripon there will be an Alfa run up the B-roads to Hawes (via Wensleydale), to have fish and chips at the 'famous' chippy at Hawes. Return will then be via Fleet Moss = epic uphill section (great for tuneful engines!) and then a narrow nadgery bit along Langstrothdale to Buckden, then more B-road heaven to Grassington, Pateley Bridge and a slightly circuitous route back to the pub to compare notes / have a drink etc. The route is / should not be damaging. There are no questions to answer. There is no prize for the fastest / slowest. This is just a bit of fun :D Google maps have it at c.90 miles, 3 hours. The pub does have some rooms, no idea if any available. Think they are c.£50 / room / night I'll be putting this on other fora too. Nice car Matty. Sorry I didn't involve myself too much as I had something of a laid-back day, with my sister's family to look after, as well as my own. My sister left the event with an 8C on her wish list.

Well done Alex! Looks like a good turnout. Your red 33 is looking great as is the S2 Veloce. Also saw a few non Alfa cars in the line up.
Unfortunately had to miss this one. What's the next event on the calendar or is that it for the year?

Does anyone want any Auto Glym products in Aug? I've sold 11 bottles of polish in the last 2 weeks so it's good know people are getting their cars ready for events this year.

Does anyone remember seeing a red G reg series 2 Veloce on Ebay about 3/4 weeks ago? was VERY pink and looking sorry for itself, almost needed a whole new underside.
Well im pleased to say it's almost 100% restored and will be in our lineup at NAD. It's looking damn good too.
Who picked it up? Do we know him / her?

Nope, can't make this one unfortunately - my younger sister's birthday - she'll kill me if I'm not there. What crazy coincidence - 29th April was SAD and that was my older sister's birthday.
It's Nnamdi by the way.
