cheers guys :) The meet was good and it was good to see Ian again :) Had some rust looked at today by an mot'er, said it's a fail, so need to get that done before I put it through. I'm bit annoyed that my restorer didn't see it, as it's by the bottom of the B pillar, right near the sills :(
Nice one John
yup the usual suspects, ones i usually do before i go for my MOT, although last time i was told to put it through and see what needs doing.
Mine is due in a month, so I will be putting it through very soon, wish me luck

Post subject: 33 mot'd
33 sailed through the MOT again this morning with the usual advises:
both rear wheel bearings slight play- they're fine
bit of condensation in ns headlight- yes i need to drill the little hole
handbrake a bit weak on os- despite me adjusting it on saturday
front tyres sidewalls bit perished- true- they need changing
Battery probably needs changing too as it was a bit iffy and after they turned the car on and off about 10 times had given up- they had to jump it to get it out theworkshop
