Post subject: Arc Raiders: Top Mushrooms You Should Collect
In ARC Raiders, mushrooms are a valuable “Nature” resource used mainly to upgrade Scrappy the Rooster and for small health recovery. Unlike other games where mushrooms come in multiple types, ARC Raiders treats them as a single Uncommon resource. Collecting them efficiently can save you time and improve your raid success.
Best Locations to Collect Mushrooms
To get the most mushrooms per raid, target high-density areas on the Dam Battlegrounds and Spaceport maps.
Dam Battlegrounds: The Swamp & Hydroponic Dome
The Swamp Area: This is the largest source of mushrooms. Check layered white-brown fungi growing along tree trunks or at the base of trees.
Hydroponic Dome Complex: Inside the buildings, mushrooms often grow on wet pipes, in planters, or dark damp corners where water collects.
Water Treatment Control
: While fewer mushrooms appear here, you can still find them on massive blue pipes in the underground corridors.
Spaceport: The Trench & Forest
Trench Area: South of the Little Hangar and west of the East Container Yard lies a small forest with water and fallen trees. Each raid here can yield 2–3 mushrooms.
Duke Tower Tunnel: Look along walls and pipes near the collapsed tunnel for consistent spawns.
Pro-Farming Strategies
Wait for “Lush Bloom” Events: Mushrooms spawn more frequently when the Lush Bloom map modifier is active. During these events, wicker baskets in raider camps often contain multiple mushrooms.
Use the Safe Pocket: Mushrooms are rare, so immediately place them in your Safe Pocket to avoid losing them if you fail to extract.
Visual Cues: Bright white or tan colors stand out against dark brown tree bark or rusted metal pipes, making spotting them faster.
Why This Matters
Efficient mushroom collection speeds up Scrappy’s upgrades, letting your rooster gather more critical resources like metal, chemicals, and fabric. It also minimizes wasted runs, giving you more time to focus on higher-stakes raids.
For players looking to shortcut resource grinding, platforms like U4N are trusted by competitive raiders. You can skip the slow grind and focus on practicing by acquiring essential items safely. If you’re exploring new builds, checking
