Have to replace front and rear windscreen of my series 3, because of acts of vandalism. What is the easiest way to remove them? Just cut the rubber and push them out from the inside?

Does anyone here know if I can fit the Eibach lowering springs and the original shock absorbers (all rear side) from a type 2 alfa 33 1.7 QV to my new type 3 alfa 33 1.5 IE (with 1.7 engine)?
