I have put a 1mm washer under the spring in the oil pump pressure valve, and took 2/10mm from the cover of oil pump, so the gears have almost no axial play.

I removed the gearbox a lot of times out and put it back in on my own. It's not easy but it can be done.

Turbo is from Mitsubishi Eclipse i think.
It was dismounted in a hurry
It's a T25 and is good for around 220-230HP, well i'm going on low boost setup for start.

I dont know how the wiring goes in the P4 but in mine the T2 connector is by the ECU (the white one)

Ok then it's a Nardi and the seller just made a mistake because the car is totaly stock and without flaws.
