I do actually have the full wiring diagrams for the later 33 but never got round to scanning them (would be a few weeks work!).

I have a 1.5 IE '92 as well, with a Bosch system. I adjusted the idle so it sits just below 1000 rpm now, seems to work well - even on cold/moist mornings.
To adjust it, it's sorta what Eddie W said, ...
