My rule on this is retension every 6k and replace every 12k.
The scarceness of spare engines keeps my paranoia alert and active when the 16v is on the road, once saw a 145 1.7 16v drop a belt at 12 ... |

not that ive evr known of, although if you use 164 ones, they go a bit lower still thats how i lowered the front of my 33 when i was 17(no money mo problems ) |
