Hi! a friend uses slick tyres Camac 205 /48 -13 on 13x7" rims, in his Alfasud 1.7 with a pression of 1.7 bar

Out of curiosity, what happens if put one of the white Halford's oil filters on, and not one of the proper non-return ones?
And can you tell which type an oil filter is just by looking at it?

watch fluid level in the coolant tank and oil level at the dipstick. If that smoke comes from oil or water you'll know for sure.

My P4 blew a head gasket about a year ago, they've both now been replaced with the heads skimmed and rebuilt and is running again, but it's smoking.

As the car's started from cold it's fine, then ...
