Does anyone know of a source of suspension bushes for a P4? I need the eight for the four rear tie bars. Alfa can't supply anymore and neither Superflex or Powerflex list them. _________________ 16v p4 In pieces. |

Aren't rear tie bushes same size on P4 as they are on 16v?
Power/Super should have them. Try seearching for item by dimensions not by asking for P4.
p.s. italian noname "who knos what quality" bushes should be still available.
p.s.2 Someone here once said that setting up much harder bushes on rear tie rods leads to cracks on point where bar is welded to bush casing.
Though I don't know how much harder bushes? _________________ Tino Vatavuk

Thanks for the reply.
The bushes are not the same. I have the Alfa parts CD and if you compare the 2 WD & 4WD, the part numbers for the bushes are different. One tie bar on each side has 40 mm bushes, the other 45 mm. Superflex & Powerflex just list eight identical bushes for the four bars. I emailed Superflex who said they are aware of the car but will not be producing the bushes as the numbers are too small.
Where can I search by diameter? _________________ 16v p4 In pieces. |
