DVLA have now introduced a new waste of tax payers money!
In an effort to increase road awareness and safety, drivers will have to undergo IQ tests. Those with low IQs are deemed at greater risk of causing accidents and will therefore have to display a warning flag on their car. For those with an IQ lower than 2 drivers will have to install a white flag with a red cross on it. Drivers with an IQ of lower than 1 will have to install 2 white flags with a red cross on them.
The question remains:-
How much will the government tax be on the purchase of the new flags? |
