Here are some pictures of my mechanic's Alfa 33 1.7 16v "standart" that will run in Israel

the car is now on construction , the engine been balanced and modifed ,
the next step is to finsh builting Intake Manifold , fuel rails and to
strengthen the chassis .
the car will have Turbo Garrett T3 that will run on low pressusre .

I see you have used the inlet manifold from a 145/6 boxer rather than the 33 16V one.

Any reason? With all the extra torque coming from the turbo, I wouldn't have thought that you needed the bonus torque (a few Ft/lb at most) from the 145/6 plenum, as it could make top end breathing difficult, what with the extra tract length and stuff, which could inhibit the revvy ness of the engine.

I'm fitting one to my P4 project, but it is normally aspirated with daft cams, so any bonus bottom end torque mods are useful for driveability. However it is being 'flowed' so top end breathing isn't too affected.

Looks impressive though. Could you post a power run printout when finished? It would be interesting to see the shape of the power and torque bands, as much as the peak values.

has you can see There was no space , and the 146\5 manifold was
much more easier and less complicated to work with , so he had to work with the 146\5 manifold .

sorry about the poor engilsh , it is much easier for my to explain it
in hebrew Embarassed
