Hi,
Talking about MOT's, mine passed today with flying colours
CO on fast idle was 0.00% and on nat idle 0.08%
Guess that new(ish) cat is still doing it's job nicely. |

The 145 failed the MOT today on headlight aim, both sides. The tester tried to play with them, but the adjusters are seized. on a quick look they seem to be completely knackered and the refectors move about!
Anyone got good any 145 headlights?

John,
What is it with you and headlights? You got a problem you want to share with the forum?

Bobbber,
I know, i know.
Just taken a 145 light out, and it looks beyond saving.
145 parts seem to be just as hard to find as 33 ones, no-one seems to have good used ones and alfashop don't even have new ones in stock (at £116 each!!!)
10 days ago some drunken c*nt fell on the renault clio bonnet in the road, and i'm having a hell of a job to find a used one of them too. Insurance excess is £250, and was hoping to get a bonnet for about a ton and fit it myself. The po-leece couldn't give a damn as expected.
Still thinking about Gaydon....
Cheers,

Hi
Thought the CO2 limit that applied to the 33 would be 0.5%.
All the best

admin, the co for idle is 0.5 but for fast idle its 0.30 |
Thats what all the garages i have been to have said, apart from 1 who agreed with what you said for fast idle too.
I searched through the whole of the manual and found the pic of the emission test and noted down the expected readings, this is for all types of car btw.
Keith i still cant get this code to do what it is supposed to do, there are no other formatting marks, apart from tab and return, any chance of being able to see the original post when you are editing it as well, can you help.
