That poor old wagon seems to have been on the market more often than Patsy Kensit in the last year or two.

Someone must be able to save it? With a ticket the number plate is possibly worth a couple of hundred quid which could help towards some patching up?

IMO, The plate is worthless, BTT initials aren't common and companies aren't likely to use that in case they are confused with a telecoms giant...

( I've had three plates on the market in recent years (one dateless, one single digit, one double) and none get anything but joke offers. The UK vanity plate market has imploded... )

Do we know this fella though? So many cars in his collection! All sitting out in the open air in that 'paddock' Confused

I want the wheel !

Save it someone, it's a Mk1 - so it's got the best best dash of the lot. Otherwise, build up a 4x4 Alfasud with the bits?

Shame it wasn't C800BYS- might have been worth something to a 'classy' girl or jazzmag publisher!

In the maths of our youth, I expect the union of the sets 'Alfa 33 owners' and 'Jazzmag publishers' is an empty one.

Ha ha ha, hands up anyone that's an "Alfa 33 owner" and a "Jazzmag publisher". I said hands Laughing

Flat4Alfa (or anyone) - Any idea if it'd be possible to put the 4x4 stuff from this in a Sud? Transmission tunnel? Wheelbase? Would it all be wrong? A 4x4 Sud would be awesome, like a mini Integrale!

Shame, that'll be too big a job for me then. Coupled to a modified engine that would make an almighty Sud though

Or just put a modified engine in this SW for a laugh. Might be a bit tail-happy.
Did you know that although having outboard brakes, the original 33 body was lighter than a sud yet firmer, 2 inches lower roofline and way, way lower drag coefficient.

That's mad, I would have expected a 3 door Sud to be much lighter.

A modifyed engine in this would make a great Q car, I'd love to blow the Saxo/Corsa boys away in something looking like this Twisted Evil

Sounds like Paul has stepped up to the job of getting this sw sorted with a 16v engine then. Very Happy
