I have broken the flap, what can I do? Can this be replaced with the heaterbox still in or does it need to come out to replace or does the whole heaterbox need replacing?

Have you broken the flap or the place where the flap attaches?

I would get a replacement flap from Alex and if need be cut the pivot points so you can just about clip it back in. Otherwise it means taking the whole assembly out which is a pain.
