Hi all!

It's been a long time since I have even thought about my 33 16V QV which I have owned since 1996, but now it is time to get her running again after many years of sitting in the garage. The car was left sitting after an oil change in 2008. I did start her around 2013, but since then I have not dared due to fear of snapping the belt. The car was driven into the garage in full working order so it should not be too big of a project to get it to roadworthy condition.

Obviously the belt and associated stuff will have to be changed before starting the engine. I had a look at the fiche workshop manual but probably since English is not my first language, I find the manual very difficult to follow. I have changed the cambelt on a 164 V6 12V and that was not too difficult and the manual was very good and easy to follow.

Is there an idiot's guide to changing the 16V belt on this site or somewhere else, or should I just search all the forums and gather the information from there?

Regards,
Harri
