Hi all. I have finally finished stripping down my crashed P4 so that there is virtually only the body shell left!! I have removed the ecu from under the p/s dash and out of interest opened it up to have a look inside. It appears that the chip installed is not an original one and it could be possibly an upgraded one. How would I know?? My P4 used to be very quick and it also ran very smoothly low down with none of the hesistancy or jerkiness in the power delivery that is common to many 33 16 valves. Would I be able to put this chip into my current M reg 16 valve which has a Cat??
Cheers Paul _________________ Currently own a late 33 16 Valve (M reg) in Silver, with P4 alloys and superspint back box.

Hi Paul, if you find out what type of chip it is you may be able to copy it! It's no use for my car but what markings are on the top of the chip? It's more out of interest then anuything else.
