After 13months and 13 days (Luckily I'm not superstitious) my Permanent 4 started engine.
Few days after 02.07 it passed local equivalent of MOT.
So now 5 days after I wanted to share my happiness with all of you.
I still don’t know what will happen with engine and oil rings, but before P4 decided to stop it consumed 1lit of oil every 2k km.
My mechanic told me to remove sparks, and fill in WD40 into cylinders, wait for 15mins and then move car with gearbox is in one of lower gears. Afterward I installed new sparks, and tried to start engine, after many failed attempts boxer was started to cough, it run very similar to 2-3 cyls, I couldn’t get it running above 3k rpm, and after min or so it started to drop with max being just above 2k. At that point (fuel warning lamp was on) I decided to fill it up with fresh fuel, and would you know it, boxer started to sing its tune.
Because there was no hope of getting needed wiring new or used, and electricians were asking to high sums for changing 3meters of wire, I dismantled whole thing myself, replaced burned/melted wires myself, and put it all back.
Replacing wires and putting it all back together took me 4 days, but that could be done in one afternoon, if I had all needed connectors, tools, could remember where each wire goes, didn’t need to remove both main brake cyl. with complete ABS unit, and main clutch cyl.
Not to forget, half of hour needed to pull out central plastic around central/signal wire on TV coax cable, because there was no way of nearing WD40 can to spark plug opening in cyl even with it’s red extension it was shorter then 16v spark plug tool.
Digital photos which I took while dismantling things in combination with PocketPC with color display were great help, but without wiring diagrams it would be almost impossible. So here goes BIG THANK YOU to Keith aka Admin
Material
12V 55Ah battery (used)
2kg of dust fire extinguisher (used)
20m of different wires (used 5m)
40 different connectors (used maybe 10)
100 white plastic strip wire joiners (not used)
100 black plastic strip wire joiners (found them after buying white ones, used 30 pieces)
3m of surrounding black thermo sensitive “pipe” for wires (used 30cm)
2 wires with fuses on them (used 1 with thicker wire for engine ignition lock)
3 roles of black insulating tape (used 2 tapes)
1 set of car fuses (used only 30 A one for car ignition)
40 pairs of thin latex (medic) gloves (used 35+ pair of gloves, many of them died while I was playing with insulating self adhesive tape)
1 used engine ignition lock, driver and co driver key locks and fuel cap (used only engine ignition lock, because I forgot to replace driver and co driver door lock before putting back door panels)
2 used front door panels (completely unneeded, because as I found out when I was putting them, old ones were just fine I just managed to put them back wrongly (window part) for 3 last years.)
1 WD 40 bigger can (used maybe 30%)
main clutch cylinder (old one was leaking) (used 1)
1.0 lit of brake dot 5.1 fluid (used 0.75l)
new thrust bearing fork, old one transformed its center circle into ellipsoid
pack of 50 cocktail 20cm long drinking straws with joint (found them first when looking for small pipe from WD40 to engine cyl.
pack of 20 cocktail 1m long drinking straws ( found them second)
1 m of coaxial TV cable (remembered it while sleeping after delicious meal)
- 0,5 lit of red hameritte (used 0.1 lit so far)
- 1 black sylicone
- 1 spray can of black car paint
- 1 spray can of black car paint thermo resistant 800C
And a small contingent of car cosmetics:
- 2 tpes of car wash
- 5 types of polishes (turtle wax original, red colored…) and still have to buy more abrasive one
- cockpit shine lotion (need to remove blue fire extinguisher dust from cockpit)
- 2 cans of SonOfgun STP dry clean for fabric on seats need to remove blue fire extinguisher dust from seats, floor

That is great news to hear! Did you manage to remove all of the blue powder from the interior?

No, there is still some on floor, but I hope that deep cleaning in some of car washes should help.
Or some mighty vacuum cleaner with rotating brushes.
