Hi all...

The reading on the gauge is correct...The thermostat is new, and now there is another trouble....
The fan thermal switch, must be on his way, because now, it makes the fan work at around 100ºCels., but just for about 20/30 seconds. Then the fan stops (without cooling the radiator water enough).
Then it starts again, and again, and again...But never for more than 20/30 seconds, and the temperature rising and rising......

Fan should engage at 92-95C
After 20-30 seconds how high is temp.
It should be around 85-87C for 16v.

Also there could be air you coolant system, you could try to let it out.
Runing with open coolant bottle, reving to 3-4k rpm, then leting it go.
Fan should engage 2-3 times before you're without air in system.
