Hi,
Yesterday night when driving back home I realised that I could not see from the left hand headlight side.
I then lifted my head (almost my hair touched the ceiling) and only then I saw the beam (middle light) focusing on the road at very close distance from the bumper.
I have heard that the headlights have problems with the deflectors - is this true?
Also I quickly checked the knob from inside the engine which determines the beam angle but everything is as it used to be - it is on the first scale with the car at no load.
Do you know what could be wrong? Can it be fixed or will I have to make yet another visit to the scrapyard?

Gritsop,
once I had a similar problem. It turned out, that the bulb was not held in place by it's fitting anymore. I've never seen that before, but it really happened. The solution was easy - replace the bulb.
By the way: I'm still trying to collect some of the coins you are missing in your collection. Already have 3 of them.
Cheers,
Marcin |

Hi,
At last I found out what was wrong with the headlight.
Just in the rightmost area of the grill very close to the headlight glass I discovered a vertical black line ,probably from a bumper. Some jerk made reverse manouover and hit the grill along with the support of the headlight and result was to alter the headlight's position by focusing downwards. The headlight's support was moved about 1cm...
I had to remove both headlights, flashes in order to align it correctly.
The first impression is that it came to its original position - I 'll wait to get dark so that I finally check it out.
