Pls help. Low pressure after changing cams

Anyone knows why. I'm sure it's not main bearing or crankcover oil channel crack cause I changed all of them. The only things used back is the cam cover and the Bariani cams. My mechanic is suspecting it's due to the lift. Brand new hydraulic tappets making tapping noise too! Crying or Very sad

Any help appreciated.
