rear reflective strip

Can someone please tell me how to remove the rear reflective strip on the series 3. My is warped and thinking about removing it and glueing it straight back. Ta

I'm assuming series 3 hatchback here.

Open the boot, the bolts are in the cavity. There are three, one each side, and one in the middle.... simple ratchet job.
