With all these posts, anyone would think my car is a bit poorly at the moment! Its currently tucked up in the garage with a hot water bottle!
The washer bottle seems to be leaking from somewhere but as its buried in the wing, I can see where. Is there an easy way of getting at it or do I have to remove the wheelarch liner? |

Hi,
Yep the wheel arch liner has to come out. You will then probably find that the dodgey captive nuts holding the bottle will become uncaptive like the ones on the bumpers.
It is worth putting a bit of penetrating oil on first.
The leak may be one of the rubber seals, but also the pumps themselves can spring leaks. they then need replacing. Little pump does the windscreen and big pump (where fitted) does the headlights.
Hope this helps
