Hi,
I was thinking installing a third braking light in the rear winscreen.
There is reference of this extra light in the manual for series 3 and I was wondering if european or aussie 33s had such feature pre-installed from production.
Any input would be enlightening.

Thanassis
The 16V I dismantled for parts for my Sprint had one of those. I may still have it but I don't know if it was damaged. I will have a look in my boxes of bits.

I have an original one, but it looks like its from an earlier S2 due to the instruction set which is different. I still have the instructions somewhere with the original part number.
It is easy to install - the wire just goes to the brake light switch in the pedalbox, only the wire is difficult to hide around the rear boot section (unless you feed it through the rubber housing tube for the heated rear screen and wiper wires). |
