Hi Al, could you explain exactly what you are after. You're after a middle section, but should the front end be boltable or simply slip over the front manifold like the older versions. Are you after just the pipework or the actual baffle part? _________________ Owner's Club 33 Registrar. Now from P4 & S2 1.7 QV

hi paul. Im after a 16v middle section, can be cat or non cat, i dont need the baffle/cat, just the pipework after the baffle/cat. Where the cat/baffle ends, to the end of the pipework where it joins onto the rear box.
This will then be cut off and the same pipework will be cut off my good working cat and replaced with what i have just cut off the good doner baffle/cat. Remeber at the alfa day i checked the size of the ie cat you had and found it to be to small?? Thats why i neeed a 16v middle section. Hope that makes sence _________________ x2 33 16v

I've got an old style 16v middle section that is buggered right by the baffle. No bolts at either end, just simple pipework. _________________ Owner's Club 33 Registrar. Now from P4 & S2 1.7 QV

It seems that when I got somebody to take away a stripped car for the scrappy last month, they saw the broken exhaust and took that too. However I've got a good one you could have for a tenner. _________________ Owner's Club 33 Registrar. Now from P4 & S2 1.7 QV

funny enough i have got a louder backbox on mine, it was there when i bought it, i dont want it i prefer the raspy sound rather than the deep sound so its yours if you want it.
also do you mean i can have the middle decat part because i didnt want to pay alot to be honest and i dont really need a full exhaust as i have got a decent front part and nearly new standard backbox _________________ brum brum |

Hey BigAl.... I'm in Surrey too (Purley), is there a good local club worth joining? I'm suddenly, and desperately, on the hunt for a radiator header tank - the plastic on mine has developed fissures, allowing the water to escape under pressure!

RE: headertank, your prob best speaking to alfa dave peters, hes the chairman for the 33 club and has lots of spare parts. Other prople you could try are;
