my springs are looking corroded. these are the original ones i bet. would it be worth my while changing them for clean ones.? i found some rust free ones fdor sale cheap.

Hi
Unless they are really rusty then it isnt going to cause a problem. I would maybe be tempted to buy the springs while avaialable. They can and do snap (on my old 1988 Sportwagon one snapped at about 90000 miles)
