Interesting as its a series 2 with fuel injection.

I was under the impression that fuel injection only started on the series 3.

There were some series 2s made with injection I believe but I dont think they were for this country (uk).
The guy selling it seems to think its got twin carbs.

Hi,

Series 2 33s did get L-Jet injection system starting from 1988.

However, this 33 seems to have transpanted this IE engine from a later model as the charcoal canister in series 2 33s sits just above the lower radiator hose pretty close to the A/C compressor.

In the photos of eBay there is no such canister, so it is probably located under the left fender, as series 3 33s do.

Anyway it would be nice to know it chassis number to clear it out ...

Edit: it is the left fender area, sorry Embarassed

Regards,

Isn´t that canister, only applied on catalic cars??? If this car is a Pre-cat model, then it would not have that canister...

Yes - I have no cannister on mine under the front wing.

No do I have the stuff behind the carpet in the boot.

These item's are indeed only for CAT'd cars. I can still assure you my 33 is injected!
