What is difference between alfa 146(930) 1.4 and 1.4L

Hi I have the offer to bye the alfa romeo car but when I looking for the insurance or for the price i need o choose between two models alfa romeo 146 1.4 and 146 1.4L. I don't knoe exactly which one because I have only vehicle registration certificate with numbers 4001 and 065. 66KW 90PS 06.1996. I can't find any tips about "L". What do you think, what is important to check for this model?
