It only needs a new wing, door and holes filling round the rear window and a respray BUT it has the original tyres, only twenty years old, very safe. If there is a big hole in the wing what condition are the bulkheads/sills going to be in?
BARGAIN!! |

OK he told you the reserve, so why doesn't he start it at that. All other bids below that are useless.
Oh well I guess for what he is asking, he will be relisting it soon. _________________ Scott Sander

What I'm wondering is..... if this is an original Alfasud Ti Green Cloverleaf, which would mean 1983/84 (?), how can it have the "TYRES THEY HAD WHEN FIRST ON THE ROAD IN 76/77"? |

Sounds like a few people have emailed him and told him what it,s worth because he sounds pretty pissed off, He must of taken off the orginal tyres when he first got it and put them in the shed and saved them for the big WOW factor when he goes to get rid of it. |

'Sounds like a few people have emailed him and told him what it,s worth', like me. - 'Here mate thanks for the laugh, sorry I’m trying to type but £700+ reserve means it’s hard to. I’ll put a bid on in a few months time when reality bites.
Thanks again for your most comical price and description, whoever said it’s worth £400 is a comedian too. Drop a 1.7 16v block in from a Mk3 33 and repaint it and then I’ll put a bid of £700 on it.'
His reply was 'your a funny guy......no you are a c*** now piss off you t***' |

IT HAS A FEW SMALL RUST PATCHES BUT NOTHING MAJOR..) IT COULD DO WITH A NEW O/S/F/ WING AND DOOR ...UNLESS YOU ARE GOOD AT BODY REPAIRS.. IT HAS TWO VERY SMALL HOLES.ONE EITHER SIDE OF THE BOTTOM OF THE REAR SCREEN .... WOULD EASILY FIBREGLASS |
No, it's not a rustbucket, honest miss.

I know i shouldn't take the piss. but i just couldn't help sending an email too:
You'll want to be very carefull driving on such old tyres. The chance of tread seperation becomes very high at that age.
Now if you put away 4 bottles of 1970 Chateau Cheval Blanc, you could expect them to be worth nearly 700 pounds.
Unlike fine wines, even a fine 1976 Pirelli doesn't appreciate much, and like I said....down right dangerous too! |
