Hi,

I'm from the netherlands, and i seem to love alfa romeo boxers Wink
at the moment i own 7 alfa's, 4 of them for regular use, and 3 projects

first the useable alfa's

alfa 145 1.6 TS 16v '99, that's my wife's current daily driver, but not for long i hope
it is for sale at the moment, and will be replaced for an alfa 75 TS

Alfa 33 1.7 IE '92, that's also for sale at the moment

Alfa 90 2.0 carbs '87, this car is still in first paint, and in very good condition, preparing a new tuned engine for it

Alfasud Ti '82, a solid base with a rotten outer body, stripped interior
lots of fun to drive, the 95bhp engine will be replaced for a 1712cc carbs engine

then the projects

Alfasud Ti QV '83, beautiful bodywork, never been welded before, but a lot of mechanical work, i had no time for it anymore so i sold it a few days ago

Alfa Arna 1.2 SL, rarity in holland, only 2 registred arna's in the netherlands, mine is undergoing a full restauration

Alfa 33 1.7 QV '87, standing in a corner for 8 years already while i was collecting the bits i wanted for it, was sprayed pearlgreen half a year before i took it off the road, was fitted with a ZENDER bodykit, but i'm looking for a veloce bodykit. other plans include 16' or 17" wheels, twin headlightconversion, 1.7 16v engine on carbs, discbrakes at the rear
and a lot more

i work as a panelbeater in a bodyshop, mainly alfa's Rolling Eyes i've been doing this work since 1996, and still love it.
my other hobby is karting with historic karts
www.histokart.nl

i hope to have a lot of fun on this forum

my problem is i like to much alfa's Embarassed

i think it is caused by the name alfa( Always Looking For Another Wink )

i rent a barn to use for storage of cars and parts, and when somebody asks me if i'm interested in his car, and the price is right, and i have a bit of place left, i buy it
then my wife starts complaining and i have to sell a couple, and the history keeps repeating Wink

most of my cars on the road are on a classic carpolicy, so they're really cheap to insure, my sud just costs me 7 euros a month Wink

in the past 11 years i have owned around 50 alfa's, 15 of them were stripped for parts

it's a disease (alfavirus Wink ) and i like it Twisted Evil

a few changes in my fleet last week

finally sold the 145 and the '92 33 1.7ie
my '83 sud Ti was already sold a month ago

so my current fleet is
- 82 Sud Ti, in the workshop gonna be a streetlegal racecar
- 86 Arna, in the workshop waiting for a full resto
- 87 33 1.7, in the workshop, bit of welding to do
- 87 90 2.0, in daily use

and today i've bought a '91 33 1.7 16v with a stripped interior, for daily use
and i'm going to import a 75 TS from belgium for daily use for my wife
