Hi,

Well i finally got around to fitting the brake master cylinder bracket mod.

Thanks to Johnboy for the bracket in nice heavy gauge stainless.

Drilled from the engine side with AFM removed. Waxoyled the holes etc.

I think the brake pedal feels much better. Obviously still got the standard discs, calipers and pads, but it just feels more reassuring Wink

Bracket and cardboard template to get the 'bend'.

And two views of the job done.

Nice work John.
Before I saw the template to do this I went for a more simple method with a metal bar Rolling Eyes

but does the same job and can agree with your assessment of the brake feel ie, takes the sponginess away.

Well there are pictures?? But if you need to make the bracket, see www.sanderfamily.com and look for brake mod link on left hand side which will give a plan.
