What is a Heater Core worth, s/h or new and how do i replace

I cant for the life of me figure out how i gfet to the actual heater core, I see clips and 2 bolts behind the stereo, what else do i do??

also what is a core worth??

Hi

Think you will have to pull the complete heater unit out, and then split it to get the core out. Not that easy to do on a series 3 (from experience) but not had to try on an earlier car (probably easier I think)
