Does anyone have the torque wrench settings for the cam belt tensioners and spark plugs for the 16v ?

hi
same as 8v,
spark plugs = 2.5 to 3.5 m.daN
tensioners : cold = 3.8 to 4.7 m.daN ; hot = 3 to 3.6 m.daN
